Minted Chicken and Artichoke Rotini

My dad and I like to cook together and each week I try to find something new to cook Unfortunately we can never agree on the same thing! I like to eat healthy and well my dad likes to eat-- and he's obsessed with Food Network. They always have something yummy but maybe not so good for the tummy. He DID however agree to make this with me! Can't wait to see how it turns out.

I was watching Glee last night in bed, yes I am a GLEEK ; ) and they sang this song! It has been stuck in my head forever now. I also want to share the video-- check it out!

The Town

I just watched this movie last night and I cannot stop thinking about it. It was SO good. Ben Affleck was so amazing-- it reminded me of when he was in Armageddon (which I am in LOVE with).
